FAQs

Your Questions Answered: Navigating Endometriosis Together

What exactly do you help with?

I support women living with endometriosis who feel stuck, unheard, or disconnected from their bodies. My work focuses on understanding the deeper patterns contributing to pain, supporting nervous system regulation, and helping you build a more trusting, compassionate relationship with your body alongside practical tools for daily life.

This isn’t about pushing through or fixing yourself. It’s about working with your body rather than against it.

Is this a medical service or a replacement for treatment?

No. I don’t replace medical care, diagnose conditions, or give medical advice. My work sits alongside any medical support you already have.

Many clients come to me after years of appointments, treatments, or surgery, or for support while they’re on long waiting lists and need relief in the meantime.

How does 1:1 coaching work?

1:1 coaching is a deeply personalised space. Sessions are held online and focus on what’s most present for you, whether that’s pain patterns, emotional overwhelm, cycle awareness, boundaries, or reconnecting with your body after years of feeling at war with it.

1:1 coaching also includes access to the membership, so you’re supported both privately and within a wider container.

What is included in the membership?

The membership includes group coaching, group embodiment sessions, and educational resources designed to help you feel supported, grounded, and less alone.

It’s ideal if you want ongoing guidance and community, without the intensity of private coaching, or as a complement to 1:1 work.

I’ve tried “everything” already. How is this different?

Many of the women I work with feel exactly like this.

Rather than adding more things to do, this work focuses on understanding why your body may be holding pain, tension, or fatigue, and creating safety so change can actually land. We look at patterns, not just symptoms, and move at a pace your body can tolerate.

There is no forcing, fixing, or pushing here.

Do I need to believe in mind-body or holistic work for this to help?

No. My work is grounded in nervous system awareness, lived experience, and scientific evidence where it exists, while also recognising the limitations of current research around endometriosis.

You don’t need to hold any particular beliefs. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen to your body are enough. Everything we explore is collaborative, practical, and always led by what feels safe and appropriate for you.

What happens in a free discovery call?

The discovery call is a relaxed, supportive conversation where you can share what’s been happening for you and ask any questions you have.

We’ll explore whether working together feels like the right next step and which type of support would suit you best. There’s no pressure and no obligation.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re feeling tired of fighting your body, frustrated by being dismissed, or curious about a gentler, more compassionate approach to healing, this work is likely a good fit.

If you’re unsure, the discovery call is the best place to start.
